Max Rudolf
German immigrant Max Rudolf served as music director of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra from 1958 to 1970. He also led the Cincinnati May Festival from 1963 to 1970. Author of The Grammar of Conducting, Rudolf was influential in training future generations of conductors.
