Bob and Wendy Pelberg

Wendy and Bob Pelberg moved to Cincinnati in 2002 to continue Bob’s career as a cardiologist. They have since made it their home, raising three boys while actively participating in the Cincinnati Jewish community. Learning from her parents, who were very active leaders in their local Jewish community and who generously volunteered their time and resources throughout their life, Wendy adopted these same Jewish values, volunteering widely within the community. Bob also strongly believes in Tikkun Olam and does what he can to live by that principle. Wendy and Bob view this Legacy gift as a way to honor Wendy’s parents, and also to support their charitable values, while doing their part to contribute to a community that has given their family strong and meaningful roots.

We are grateful to live in Cincinnati, a pleasant and welcoming community with a strong Jewish presence. As such, we wish to support the organizations that will maintain and support these important values. We know this Legacy gift is going to have a positive impact, and gives us great joy.

In many ways a Legacy gift is the last lesson we will teach our kids. For us, it will also represent the ultimate way we may honor Wendy’s parents, who were not only charitable but also very involved throughout their community. It was their joy, and now it is ours.
