Fred Ziv

Cincinnati Native Fred Ziv started his career in radio advertising, opening his own local broadcasting company in 1930. He left his hometown to become a Hollywood producer. Known as the “Kind of Syndication”, he worked with Clint Eastwood, Mary Tyler Moore and Robert Redford on iconic shows such as The Fugitive and Cisco Kid. He later returned to Cincinnati and taught broadcasting at the University of Cincinnati.
